Last week, I met Peter in Scottsdale Arizona. There are many reasons that I am glad that I met him. One of them is this piece of advice he gave me (that he mentioned came from a Berkshire Hathaway AGM):

“Take your most productive hour of the day and use it to work on yourself”

I think that this simple advice is brilliant :-)

Best Wishes and Good Thoughts for an Abundant New Year

Nigel :-)

Do you feel (or maybe know) whether you are in control of your life or not?

List the last 5-20 actions that you took or did not take (the number is up to you) and decide where you were at Cause or at Effect for each action

Similarly, list your last 5-20 thoughts

In other words, did you make a conscious decision to do or not to do something?

Did you make a conscious decision to think or not in a prticular way?

Remember that you can be unconsciously at Effect by doing some habitual activity that does not necessarily serve or benefit you at that moment

Maybe you are now becoming aware of something that previously you did not know that you did not know about yourself!

Of course, the more aware you are of your actions and thoughts, the more you can be Living With Abundance :-)

After an extended summer holiday from this blog, I am recharged and ready to share more of my experiences with you

Over the last few months, I have been feeling rather stressed because I found that I did not have enough time in the day to do everything I needed to do - let alone time to do what I wanted to do! And more things were building up :-(

One obvious answer would be to do less! This felt like a cop out to me and so I sucked up the stress and outwardly carried on as normal - readers are invited to comment on whether I was just fooling myself! :-)

During the Anthony Robbins’ Unleash The Power Within event in Sydney a few weeks ago, I Decided, Committed and Resolved to get to the bottom of this and set up a strong foundation for the future

I wrote down (as a draft to get things going - it did not need to be absolutely perfect straight away! It was most important to start) the various aspects of my life and how many hours I would like to allocate to each of them each day, week, month and year:
 - my wife
 - Food
 - Finance
 - Fun
 - Fitness
 - Sleep - a major Foundation of Health
 - Friends
 - Flexible - Freedom
 - Facilitation
 - there were a few other words that started with ‘F’ as well
 - Full of Abundance

AND surprisingly there was more than enough time in the day to do what I wanted. I also added an amount of ’slack time’ for each day to encourage spontaneity and a sense of freedom

In other words the ‘reality’ in my mind was different to actuality!

Since then, life have been much less stressed :-)
It was important to write down the list. Why? I could have done it im head, but by writing these items down instead of just thinking about them, I created a stronger message and communication to my unconscious mind that there would be even more harmony in life and that it could relax while my conscious mind took care of things. When I wrote them down I talked to myself (silently! in my head), saw the list and felt the sensation of the writing
It was also important that as soon as I thought of something to do related to this, that I IMMEDIATELY did it. Why?
 - Up pops a concscious thought brought about by unconscious emotional stress
 - Conscious mind HUA’s it (Heard, Understood, Acknowledged) to the unconscious mind
 - Immediate action is taken to address it:
 – sometimes everything was completed
 – sometimes just the first step was completed
 – sometimes just adding it to a reminder list for the future
 - Unconscious mind is happy that progress is being made
 - Unconscious mind relaxes
 - Stress disappears :-)

I am achieving more of the items that need doing AND having more time for fun as well :-)

I highly recommend it

Good luck and more importantly: Good Thoughts

I would not describe myself as someone who had a lot of faith in general - I use to want proof

I realised when I read a quote by Eric Butterworth, that I had been missing the point and the realisation of his profound insight hit me and I would like to share it with you :-)

“There is no such thing as a lack of faith. We all have plenty of faith, it’s just that we have faith in the wrong things. We have faith in what can’t be done rather than what can be done. We have faith in lack rather than abundance but there is no lack of faith. Faith is a law”

If you look around you - no, not in the mirror!, you will see that most people have been or still are living in scarcity and lack instead of Living With Abundance because they have faith in the wrong things!

How about you? No, don’t look in the mirror :-P

Best wishes

Nigel

Stephen Pierce is an expert on using the Internet to make money. He has combined the ideas of Jay Abraham and Anthony Robbins to provide more value than most Internet teachers. I have attended several of his seminars and found that I get more than I expected :-)

He is in Melbourne, Australia speaking at Wealth Mastery - he is the first Internet Marketer to speak at Wealth Mastery - quite a coup for both Stephen Pierce and for the audience.

I have attended Wealth Mastery in the past and find it to be an excellent overview of the types of strategy and thinking that is necessary to take my understanding of money and my attitudes to money to a higher level.

Stephen has somehow persuaded Jay Abraham and Anthony Robbins to do a deal with him. More details are here:
    http://www.NigelPendrigh.Com/WealthMastery

Unfortunately, as I am writing this, the deal is only available for another 27 hours or so - sorry about that. If you want to have a look at the offer.

Wealth Mastery has helped me to change my mindsite to be less focused on scarcity and more on abundance. The ideas, understandings and insights gained there have helped me to be Living With Abundance more and more :-) For instance, becoming wealthy (not just financially - although this post is mainly about that), is more to do with mindset than actual techniques. Strange but true! People can have plenty of knowledge and if it is not applied, then nothing results!

Best wishes

Nigel

I am sure that you have come across Vision Boards :-)

Just now, I came across a Vision Wish from a friend of Fee’s called Debbie Ann
   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UmePRnRk6b8

I found it very inspirational and uplifting

And this is her Vision Dream Statement:

Do you think she is Living With Abundance?

Despite having had a heart attack aged 42?

I do not know about you - I find that my blog posts are “better” when I write them as I think of the idea. They don’t feel quite “right” when I decide that it is ‘time’ to right a post. This explains the somewhat sporadic timings of the posts! I feel that it is better to right these posts from my heart instead of from my head - I hope that you agree :-)

The essence of this is that a person’s true feelings come through more when they allow their mind to trust their heart

Science, at the moment, cannot fully explain how and why the heart, instinct, the unconcscious mind are in certain areas so much more powerful than the intellectual conscious mind

The ‘right’ answer about life’s questions are usually found within our hearts or gut at a strategic level

The intellectual conscious mind operates at the tactical and technical levels to implement this heartfelt strategy

This alignment of focus and desire then leads to inspiration and motivation and a life of Living With Abundance

You know when you have this alignment - Enjoy :-)

Part of my ability to succeed despite is based upon preparation

There are two definitions I love

One is from the golfer Gary Player:
“The harder I practice, the luckier I get”

The other is from Anthony Robbins:
“Luck is where Preparation meets Opportunity. Without Preparation, even with the right Opportunity, there is no ‘luck’ because the Opportunity cannot be taken advantage of and used”

So, the “Law of Attraction” to me is best summarized as:

Think well of both yourself and others and take action to prepare yourself for that ‘lucky’ event that you may attract to yourself

Good luck and Good Thoughts to Living With Abundance!

I gave the answer away a bit didn’t I?!

Of course, the ideal answer is:
- Know that your shot will work :-)

I asked the question about sports and of course I was only thinking of sport wasn’t I :-D

I wasn’t thinking about a life of Living With Abundance, or enhancing your contribution to a team or family, or work was I? :-P

When you are playing a sport, either individual (say golf, tennis or baseball) or team (say football, baseball or basketball), what do you wish to happen?

Do you:
- Know that your shot will work?
- Hope that your shot will work?
- Hope that your shot will not fail?

 Which one is it?
