What Do You Have Faith In?
July 1, 2007 |
I would not describe myself as someone who had a lot of faith in general - I use to want proof
I realised when I read a quote by Eric Butterworth, that I had been missing the point and the realisation of his profound insight hit me and I would like to share it with you
“There is no such thing as a lack of faith. We all have plenty of faith, it’s just that we have faith in the wrong things. We have faith in what can’t be done rather than what can be done. We have faith in lack rather than abundance but there is no lack of faith. Faith is a law”
If you look around you - no, not in the mirror!, you will see that most people have been or still are living in scarcity and lack instead of Living With Abundance because they have faith in the wrong things!
How about you? No, don’t look in the mirror
Best wishes
Nigel

Hi Nigel,
You are absolutely right. It took me more than 20 years to find that out. I focused on what I didn’t have than on what I did. A few years ago I decided to change my “stinkin thinking’ pattern and have since gone half time in my job and by the end of August I will be fully out.
I just started focusing on the gifts and talents that I have and worked on improving them and soon it started bringing me an income that allowed me to step out of my job
Thanks you sharing your thoughts and no I am not looking at the mirror.
Best regards,
Shama
Faith is one of the keys…well done.
Faith in a wrong thing.
Wow, this is a good idea that I should
remember for reminding myself.
